The hotel room was disappointing overall. Although the staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were unclean, and for the price we paid, we expected better quality and cleanliness. However, the hotel staff, especially Alisha the barmaid, were welcoming and professional. The location, close to Tunbridge Wells, was convenient despite some flaws like old furniture and strange smells. The dining experience lacked readiness and taste. Overall, the hotel offers mixed experiences.
